Question: close() does not perform resource cleanup anymore

After [this pr](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/9460), `close` and `reconnect` method in `HiveClientPool` was changed to a no-op.
IIUC, explicitly closing the underlying `HiveClient` is still meaningful for resource cleanup. Was this behavior change intentional?
