Fold in MD in write-ups into docs

We have https://github.com/apache/hamilton/tree/main/writeups that has various markdown files.
This is duplicative of documentation.

We should delete them and make sure their content is represented in the main documentation & examples.

Okay. Is it to move the markdown files under hamilton/tree/main/writeups to hamilton/tree/main/docs and remove the duplicate ones?

@wenrizc yes don't just move, but find the best place / massage the content
