By default the hop contains authentication like username - cluster and password - cluster how to change this. it is possible.

pwd/hop.pwd. you can set your own password using [hop-encrypt](https://hop.apache.org//manual/latest/hop-tools/hop-encrypt.html).sh/bat.

As you suggested I encypted the password and pasted in hop.pwd file in my hop project but in postman authorization tab still it is recognizing the cluster only.

yes I restarted the server

just checked locally, works just fine. you'll have to check the obvious stuff: make sure you saved your hop.pwd file, make sure you definitely did restart your hop server etc

I created the pipeline and I pushed my pipeline to the hop-server localhost:8080, now I am tring to hit the pipeline using postman at that time the default authentication is cluster, So I need to change the default username and password.

whatever the changes I have done in hop.pwd file, the file is changed but nothing impacts still the default credentials only working.

After similar struggling i got passwords to work on server's hop.pwd file

1. hop-encr.bat -server .
2. in hop.pwd i added ,default after password, just like cluster account has. No idea though what it means. In Pentaho was no such addition.
