What happened?

Copy files action in workflow behaves differently in 2.12.0 vs 2.8.0.

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.commons.net.ftp.FTPClient

seems like the library is missing in 2.12.
but in the java.class.path i see the lib\core\commons-vfs2-2.9.0.jar
