[Bug]: Transform settings are not being saved.

What happened?

Since version 2.9 of Apache Hop, I have noticed some strange behavior.

When configuring any Transform and pressing the OK button to finish, all settings are lost and must be redone.

This happens most of the time; you have to configure it, wait a few seconds before finishing, and even then, the settings are lost.

I think this was caused by our filesystem listener to load changed files from the filesystem, this has become optional in 2.17 so I am hoping this is resolved. Main problem is that we have been unable to find a consistent and clear reproduction path. This makes tracing this issue very hard.
