[Bug]: Extra click needed to create a hop between transforms

What happened?

Reproduction:

• Create a new pipeline
• add a Generate Rows transform
• add a Dummy (Do Nothing) transform
• drag with the middle button from one transform to another
• A grey arrow turns blue when you reach the other transform
• release the mouse button
• The arrow stays blue and isn't created
• You now need to click again on the target transform to create the hop

NOTE: this is not needed to connect 2 actions.

If it's recent it might be caused by the edge case fix that stops transforms from being attached to your mouse in some cases.
I'll dig into it, nice catch!
