Use case

As a developer I like to see on my dashboards an overview of my CI/CD results, so I can focus on any pipelines that regularly fail.

Description

The domain model currently allows for 'SUCCESS', 'FAILURE' as possible values for result of cicd_piplines.
https://devlake.apache.org/docs/DataModels/DevLakeDomainLayerSchema#cicd_pipelines

If a pipeline get's cancelled, it's neither of those values. I think, that it makes sense to add a value CANCELLED.
