[Feature][Customize] Add UI for custom column management

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Use case

I want to extract data into a custom column using the Customize plugin:

Setting up the blueprint can be done via the UI but the column itself has to be created via an API call which can be tricky especially with SSO auth. Having a UI form would come handy for this.

The customize plugin allows custom column management via the API:

It would be great to have a simple GUI to list/add/drop custom columns from the UI. This will make it much easier to manage other parts of the plugin without leaving the UI.
