Should publish 'false' copy output to destination? #72
Description
The default action generates the Pelican output in the temporary directory, which is intentionally outside the main checkout.
On publication, the output is moved to the desired target directory, but this does not happen if publication is disabled, which is potentially confusing for users.
Maybe the generated output should be moved to the destination in this case as well?
