Keep libraries between pulls and pushes from github

Hi,

Me and a colleague are doing a project in Java using the NetBeans IDE 20 and to exchange code we are using the github desktop but when I pull the code the library P1App doesn't recognized because the path is not the same.

For now we are just removing and adding by hand the library but I want to ask if it's possible to keep a common library path so that if we add a new library we don't have to manually add it to run and test the code.
