About the "Transparent Widow" action

Hello everyone,
I have a question. I developed a program using Netbeans RCP. There is a navigation bar in my program. When I minimize this navigation bar and then right-click the title of the minimized navigation bar, an action menu will pop up, including an action called "Transparent Window". Is there any way I can customize this action, such as hiding it?
