MINIFICPP-2467 PutCouchbaseKey processor and controller

MINIFICPP-2468

Introduces Couchbase extension with support for inserting data to Couchbase DB using PutCouchbaseKey processor using username/password authentication through CouchbaseClusterService controller service.

This PR also upgrades the following thirdparty libraries:
- Spdlog 1.12.0 -> 1.14.1
- Fmt 10.1.0 -> 11.0.2

Closes #1875
