`wsk api` command should display domain alias url as well 

A whisk-user inquired about getting short version api url from our plugin cli. There is no way to get domain-alias url from our our plugin cli now. Currently api related command are all implemented in incubator-openwhisk-cli. This would be a good enhancement.
