Upgrade recommendation from 1.4.1 to 2.0.0?

Hi, I'm a light user of the community version of ozone.
My instance is running 1.4.1 and I came across that 2.0.0 has been released.
I searched around a bit but didn't find an explicit statement about

1. Whether it's recommended to upgrade 1.4.1 to 2.0.0, esp I read that there is potential back incompatibility .
2. Any instruction for the upgrade. For example, this content is perhaps outdated for 2.0.0 https://ozone.apache.org/docs/2.0.0/feature/nonrolling-upgrade.html

As a lightweight user, I always have the option to backup the data, delete 1.4.1 and spawn a clean new instance of 2.0.0, and copy the data back. But I want to ask for the preferred direction from the community.

I was able to follow the upgrade doc https://ozone.apache.org/docs/2.0.0/feature/nonrolling-upgrade.html to upgrade from 1.4.1 to 2.0.0

Looks like the approach mentioned there would apply to major version change like this one.
