[Bug] Flink 1.20.1 + Paimon 1.3 + CDC Pipeline 3.3.0 NoSuchMethodError

环境：
paimon 1.3

• Paimon: paimon-flink-action-1.3-20250703.jar
• CDC Pipeline: flink-cdc-pipeline-connector-paimon-3.3.0.jar
• Postgres CDC: flink-sql-connector-postgres-cdc-3.3.0.jar

Compute Engine

• Flink: 1.20.1

Minimal reproduce step

使用官方CDC同步postgres到paimon都会报错误
从3.1到3.5的一下jar同步都有这个报错

• CDC Pipeline: flink-cdc-pipeline-connector-paimon-3.3.0.jar
• Postgres CDC: flink-sql-connector-postgres-cdc-3.3.0.jar
  NoSuchMethodError: includeSchemaChanges()
