Release e-mail template does not contain URL for Helm charts #3141

In the Build source and binary distributions step, search for releaseEmailTemplate. Notice that, unlike what we had for 1.2.0-incubating-rc0 [VOTE] e-mail, this template does not contain anything for the Helm chart location. This would be a nice QoL improvement so that the template is fully usable again.
