broker开启ACL2.0 认证和授权后，已知:

proxy 需要配置innerClientAuthenticationCredentials 或者 conf/tools.yml 才能启动并且正常创建所需topic
命令行工具需要配置 conf/tools.yml 才能正常使用

请问 nameserver和controller需要配置相关的认证信息吗如果需要的话要怎么配置
