Broken link for APM 10.3 download

Hello,
I tried to download new version of APM Skywalking 10.3 from official website - https://skywalking.apache.org/downloads/
The download link 10.3 (TAR file) redirect to wrong URL https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/skywalking/10.3.0/apache-skywalking-apm-10.3.0.tar.gz - there is no possibilities to download the Skywalking APM.
I found the right files on https://downloads.apache.org/skywalking/10.3.0/
Could you please correct the download URL or tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I missed a -bin suffix in the file name.
The URL is correct, because that is CDN path.
