[Feature] Support Grafana TraceQL for OTEL and Zipkin traces

Description

With better support with Grafana visualization, we should consider to add support for TraceQL from Grafana.
This query is suitable for zipkin traces and converted otel traces.

Within this new feature, we need to consider to support native OTEL persistent instead of converting the OTEL spans to Zipkin's.
