Making this as a draft PR. If a solution is needed to now unblock Solr 10 reelase we can potentially merge this. Will look into fixing it fully in the mean time. |

This PR removes columns from the table that references metrics from the nodes panel in the admin UI. Remove /admin/metrics calls and UI components that show the metrics. Will want to bring this back in a future PR if this get merged.
