[SPARK-52220] Update README.md and integration test with Apache Spark 4.0.0 RC7

This PR aims to update `README.md` and integration test with `Apache Spark 4.0.0 RC7`.

### Why are the changes needed?

To be ready for the official Apache Spark 4.0.0.
