Request to Move Filters from Sidebar to Top

Issue:

1. Legacy left-sidebar filters in Superset 4.1.2 cannot be repositioned to the top of the dashboard.
2. The desired behavior is to have filters displayed horizontally at the top (like native filters).

Attempted Solutions (Not Working):

Native Filters Feature (recommended approach):

in config.py.

Restarted Superset, but the option to add native filters is unavailable or not functioning as expected.

Filter Box Chart (fallback):

Added a Filter Box chart, but it lacks the flexibility of native filters (e.g., layout control).

Proposed Solutions
Since manual fixes aren't working, we should request an official feature or fix from the Superset team.
