Improve homepage video autoplay UX with hover scale and mute control

❌ No, I did not find any existing issue related to this.

What happened?
On the Superset landing page, the video has start/stop buttons that appear on hover, similar to YouTube. Currently, users need to manually play the video when they visit the page, and stop it when they leave.

Proposed Improvement / Feature Request:

• ✅ Video should autoplay when the page is loaded.
• ✅ Video should stop automatically when the user scrolls away from the video section and resume from where it left off when the user scrolls back.
• ✅ Instead of the start/stop buttons appearing on hover, there should only be a mute/unmute button, and on hover the video container could scale up slightly for a nice visual effect.

Why is this useful?

• ✅ Improves user experience by reducing manual actions.
• ✅ Makes the landing page feel more interactive and modern.
• ✅ Keeps the video accessible without cluttering the interface with multiple buttons.
