Development proposal: export the "CSS Templates", the "alerts", the "reports" and the "annotation layers"

In the same way that Superset allows to export "themes", "dashboards", "charts", "datasets", and "queries", ...

...I would like to have the possibility to export:

• the "CSS Templates",
• the "alerts",
• the "reports" and
• the "annotation layers".

This would allow me to have a backup so that I don’t have to start over in case of crash and would facilitate the migration to a new major version.

...and even better if there is a way to add the export of :

• "List Roles",
• "List Users",
• "List Groups" and
• "Row Level Security"
