Download taxdump to a temporary directory

If the taxdump is downloaded to a directory within `/tmp`, setting `keep_files` to `True` by default would be unnecessary. This adjustment would prevent situations where the `nodes.dmp` and `names.dmp` files are provided manually, and the user overlooks setting `keep_files` to `False`.
