[Improvement] MySQL ParameterDefinition better not use MySQL Image, it only needs a lightweighted mysql client.

Instead of using mysql image, we shall use the one more lightweighted, with tools necessary (e.g. sh/bash/mysql-client) to save space. otherwise it will pull both mysql 8.0.44(for config-manager) and mysql 8.0.x (for main container).

For MySQL, it would be better to reuse the main container's image instead of importing a new image like kbagent.

The key is kb-tools use fixed image tag for alll mysql versions. which should be improved
