"Observability" is a crucial aspect of cloud-native applications. Does this project have any relevant features?

For database observability, KubeBlocks' current plans primarily focus on three aspects:

1. Providing practical monitoring metrics for each database engine by adopting standards based on popular fully managed services and some open-source community practices.
2. Collecting comprehensive logs and error information from the database engine, containers, and the K8s runtime.
3. Integrating top-notch open-source monitoring dashboards, such as Grafana and UI for Apache Kafka.

Once the above tasks are completed, the observability of KubeBlocks will enter the next stage: "Performance Insights". This stage will mainly focus on collecting information about requests that run slowly or consume a significant amount of resources.
