Some of the warnings should be safe to fix, e.g. `repeat-entry`. It'd be cool if apertium-lint could just do that. E.g. `apertium-lint --fix=repeat-entry,LitSpace *.dix` (though I guess repeat-entry should probably notice RL/LR first)
