Ability to customize field value formatting

Field formatting should be a choice, with some sane defaults applied. This would also help in cases where for example an id may be numeric, but in reality it's a distinct value, no need to see min/max/avg etc for those.

• Add options to the field's sheet
• Memorize them (team-wide? probably)
• manually set field types
• set conditional formatting on number/duration/file size fields (e.g. if value > 1s then red else green)
