I'd be interested in helping out with the Portuguese translation (European ie. pt.po).

Do you have a Weblate or transifex base where this could be done in a structured fashion (ex. a la OCA?)

Currently, we are handling translations by creating the .po file directly within Odoo and translating it for the desired language.
