Add JSON schemas for all `.actor` files

Add JSON schema files for all the Actor definition files, to make this a proper specification. Make sure the links between schema files work.

Extend the docs with a list of our JSON schema extensions, to make it clear, and pinpoint the JSON schema version.

Consider defining our own $schema directive for the files, to adhere to the JSON specs.
