The purpose of this section is to offer a guide for developers to publish and monetize their code on the Apify platform.

* Rename publishing-your-actor.md to publishing_your_actor.md

* Update monetizing-your-actor.md

* Rename monetizing-your-actor.md to monetizing_your_actor.md

* Fix metadata path in publishing_your_actor.md

* Fix metadata path

* Move publishing_your_actor.md

There will be a new introductory section to this content, "Publishing actors on Apify Store."

* Create new introductory file
