The server only supports TLS1.2 - and only a set of considered-weak ciphersuites.

In case of firefox emulation, the server picks one of the "bogus" ciphers (our rustls fork only sends this ciphersuite in the ClientHello message, without having the actual implementation).

In case of "default" impit (no emulation), the server resets the connection after receiving the ClientHello message, likely due to no cipher overlap(?).
