Improve documentation for Node.js and Python #270
Description
The current documentation website is really hard to navigate: https://apify.github.io/impit/impit/index.html Perhaps consider using something like Astro Starlight to host the docs?
It is mostly focused on usage from Rust. Would it be possible to add a dedicated section for Node.js and Python usage?
