performance measurements showed that lot of time is spend on constructing nlohmann json and converting to/from raw message, the idea would be to test out if would work for us

First approach made - attempt to extract serialization:
#42 - contains two commits - first encapsulates usage, but still is irreplaceable, second goes to direction of replacing
