Generated assessment report has false information about Logging sharedflow

Issue- Assessment report does not reflect unsupported policy for Logging sharedflow.
It is also observed that Validation report reflect the status as TRUE for import. Please find the reference snap attached for policy and report.

i.e https://cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/reference/apis/apigee/rest/v1/organizations.sharedflows/create
