Description
Currently it is possible to directly delete operations. We should add a protection so that it is only possible to delete an operation in case no one has invoked the operation for at least i.e. 5 days through this we could protect our users to delete an operation which is actually used.
In the same way we could also protect apps, so that it is not possible to delete an app where the app credentials are used.
