This is a TODO list of things we should do for the next version, probably a V2.5 for now.
I'll try to maintain it from what I see on the discord server. If think something should be on the todo list, please comment here and I'll add it !

• Source new BMS (too many issues with the current one, and it's hard to get in certain parts of the world)
• Merge PRs
• Manage mods (Park head, body covers ...)
• 12V motors ? -> update battery system (bms)
  • retrain walk policy for these motors
• Provide ISO
• Update official head (Annorax's head I think ?)
• Fix neck part that breaks often
• Provide PI hat files
• Complete screws information in the docs
• As little screws as possible, same screw everywhere
• Don't pull too much current on the rpi with the LEDs 1w led lights #34
• UART com instead of USB

I ordered the flat top 18650 cells recommended in the BOM and found they didn’t make very good contact in the cell holder. I ordered same spec button top 18650s cells and they fit the holder a lot better. They are ~1-2mm longer and they make solid contacts now and not prone to disconnect when it face plants.
