Not all regression tests are being run

Many of the entries in tests/ don't show up in tests/pthScript, and therefore aren't part of the pth-based regression tests.

I think an ideal workflow would either automatically create the pthScript file or check it for missing/unspecified tests as part of the build process.

I'm working to add the missing tests. However, I'm not sure what the intended behavior is for a few of these. I'm going to leave comments where I'm not sure in tests/pthScript, hopefully I can get someone else to chime in on these cases?

With the changes I've made, now all tests in tests/ are being run. Currently 581 of 618 tests pass. Some of these tests that don't pass may be outdated and as referenced in #5 we should go through and comment expected behavior/a summary of what the test is checking for.
