Should MarineRadar echo messages require or encourage normalized values? #46
Description
I just submitted #45 documenting a recomended use of normalized values with the option to use something else if doing so is well documented.
My goal is to strike a balance with being specfic to allow easy interopability but not hinder future developments where, for example, maybe reporting dB's relative to a known reference could be a more useful representatioon of radar data.
Anyway, opening this issue to discuss the pull request.
