Zenodo DOI?

If you'd like a Zenodo DOI badge (useful for having a persistent reference for the repo, even if not the 'current-most state') as seen on https://github.com/dandi/access-summaries?tab=readme-ov-file#dandiset-access-summaries

Useful for associated publications, etc.

Or if you don't want one, remove the TODO in the README and close this issue
