Add confirmation check before update

Adding a confirmation double-check or programmatic way to avoid accidental duplication could allow for broader use of the module by site managers.

My suggestion at the moment would be a select field asking if they're looking to import or update records. We could then do checks on importing and updating by asking for the name of a unique field to check against or failing without a :key column, respectively.
