express-cache-on-demand 1.0.4: hotfix for possible cross-locale confusion, improved error handling and intentionally empty responses

Version 1.0.4 of express-cache-on-demand has been released. Typing npm update will give you this fix in your ApostropheCMS project today. You can use npm ls --all to verify.

This fix ensures that:

• Requests with the same slug in two different locales are still treated differently under heavy load.
• Intentionally empty response bodies do not generate an error.
• Any errors that do occur are politely logged as a 500 error with details on the server side and do not cause a process restart
