Apostrophe 4.27.1: hotfix for relationship field editing issues

Version 4.27.1 of the apostrophe module has been released.

This release is a hotfix to resolve issues. They are not new but had a significant impact on customers:

• Fixes two conditions where slow internet speed could cause relationship field inputs to lose focus before a selection can be registered.
• Fixes a subtle bug in AposPermissionGrid that caused unrelated clicks to be "swallowed" due to a race condition at low network speeds.

Between these two fixes, the experience of editing "Users" via the admin bar is significantly improved, particularly on slow connections.

Note that as a best practice to avoid conflicts, you should always upgrade our modules as a group. However, if you are already using version 4.27.0 successfully, this particular hotfix should not require updating other modules. If you are on an older version of apostrophe, then you should upgrade all of your ApostropheCMS modules as a group.
