Problem sending to coinspot

So i mined some nano coins and stored them on my natrium app, when trying to send from natrium to coinspot wallet, its still saying pending on nanocafe.cc, i have to send the TXID to coinspot for them to confirm the transaction, is somthing not working right? Have i done something wrong?
