Categories in store_apps are not normalized #44
Description
The table store apps contains the categories. Though this is a canonical category to use, it is not normalized yet.
Other tables like collections/ranks use this category, even going as far as to combine some categories based on regex of name. This will need to be fixed when normalizing as well.
