.NET 8.0 or 9.0 support?

Is it in the roadmap to update the dotnet-client framework from .NET 6.0 since it's no longer supported?

I thought this worked with .net 8.0 as

An integration test project is only part of the development workflow and isn’t included in the NuGet package. When someone installs the package, they only get the compiled library and its dependencies, not the test projects. So end users consuming the NuGet won’t see or be affected by the integration tests.

Regarding the main question: the library targets .NET Standard 2.0, which means it’s compatible with any runtime that implements that standard. This includes .NET Core 2.0+, .NET Framework 4.6.1+, and all modern .NET versions (including .NET 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9).

So you can use it directly in .NET 8 or 9 projects without any issues. If in the future we need APIs that are only available in newer runtimes, we might consider adding multi-targeting, but for now, the netstandard2.0 target ensures broad compatibility.
