Building: Appleseed's dependencies and their versions

Hi,

I would be helpful for those of us trying to build appleseed from scratch to get a list of required dependencies and specifically versions which works.

Currently, it is an uphill tasks to find that information by building many variants of the dependencies.

For example, when cmake configure fails for boost, it does say it requires 1.86.0 but when it fails with OpenColorIO, it does not say which version is required ... appleseed have many dependencies.
