Addresses #311 (#312)
Adds a note indicating that the color schemes for the different distance matrices use different scales. Since the metrics differ in their max value, it doesn't make sense to change the scale.

When interpreting these heatmaps, be sure to note the scale on the color bar. Since the distance metrics we compare here differ in their maximum values, the scale differs for each of these such that the darkest color can represent a different value in each heatmap.
