Multiple Banner Ads Display Conflict

The app currently shows persistent banner ads on the bottom navigation bar across all screens. However, when another banner ad loads on a different screen, the bottom navigation ad automatically disposes/closes. Only one banner ad appears at a time per session.

Question:

Is this the intended behavior? If not, how can we ensure both ads display correctly without conflict?

Can you provide more information about integration? It's banner view or banner bottom (which is provided by public API SDK)?
